To promote and develop the role of Occupational Therapy within the clinical area supporting best practice within the MDT eg. care planning..

To regularly supervise OT students and provide education and upskilling to community support workers..

You will work as an active member of the wider division, taking lead responsibility for a key project/ subject matter.
