Main duties of the job
We're looking for someone who:
- has significant experience working as a clinical coder in an acute NHS Trust with in-depth knowledge in coding a wide range of specialties.
- has experience producing high quality work consistently achieving personal and departmental objectives.
- has the ability to work accurately and productively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- possesses a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- enjoys working independently but thrives in a collaborative environment.
- has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
