About us

You will be passionate about improving the physical health and wellbeing of vulnerable young people and adults. You will be able to communicate with people from all walks of life and be able to motivate others using a collaborative and supportive approach. This role involves working within a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are the same. The role seldom involves straightforward personal training goals, as we are working with people when they are dealing with health issues during a hospital admission. Your adaptability and communication skills are particularly important to get best outcomes for service users and support their recovery. You will need to demonstrate understanding of working with vulnerable people or people with mental health issues or learning disabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work within a healthcare environment and/or to explore career options within the NHS.
