The department strives to provide education and training to its colleagues, and you can expect to receive: Completion of an ICU Foundation Programme if required

Opportunity to apply for and undertake a Post Graduate Certificate in Adult Intensive Care Practice if not already attained.

Completion of a leadership course supportive of the role and future development if required

Learning and Development:As a valued member of our team, you will receive: Regular performance appraisals and personalised development plan. Simulated Practice Dedicated Team Development Training days Optional secondment and rotation to other critical care areas
