Job summary
As a result of ongoing patient list expansion, we now have a vacancy for a 4 session salaried GP role. The Parish Fields Practice in Diss, Norfolk is an exceptionally friendly practice with an experienced, motivated and happy team.
The practice is rated good overall by the CQC, has achieved high QOF points, and is an efficient and supportive environment. We currently have approximately 8,200 patients, around 25% of which are dispensing.
The practice has 3GP partners and 1 salaried GP, plus 5 practice nurses and 2 HCAs. In addition the practice is supported by PCN staff including a full-time paramedic and full-time clinical pharmacist as well as a mental health practitioner and 2 first contact physiotherapists.
Supporting the clinical team are highly experienced and motivated reception and dispensary teams, along with excellent secretarial and administrative support. The practice utilises the SystmOne IT system.

About us
Diss is a beautiful small Norfolk town on the border with Suffolk, surrounded by picturesque villages and within commutable distance of Norwich, Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds. There are a variety of shops, including 3 major supermarkets and the town has a railway station on the Great Eastern Mainline from Norwich to London. The practice is located close to the town centre, and has on-site car parking.
