Main duties of the job
What you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate clinical observations
of patients; escalating concerns as appropriate
- To be aware of the safe policy and
procedures for using subcutaneous and intravenous devices and usage of enteral
feeding tubes
- To communicate effectively with patients,
relatives and the healthcare team, while being mindful of possible barriers to
understanding
- To have responsibility for the correct
administration and custody of medicines according to the Trust Policy

- Minimum of 6-months experience working as a Registered Nurse in an NHS hospital setting in the past 2-years Previous experience working within Oncology
- IV Therapy Trained Be a Qualified Nurse with NMC Pin and no restrictions

- Statement of NMC Registration
- Degree /Diploma in Nursing
