Job summary

We currently have opportunities to join the Nursing Bank within Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (HPFT). In particular we are looking for temporary staff to work as and when required often at short notice at Band 5 level, within HertfordshireAll roles on the bank are for as and when workers and therefore in particular may suit those already working part-time, with other commitments, or who want to work on a short-term basis.HPFT provides services for service users with mental health, learning disability and children's and adolescent mental health problems. Applicants should have some experience of working in a healthcare setting particularly within mental health services. Main duties of the job

To be part of an integrated health/social care team providing inpatient care for service users suffering from serious and enduring mental illness. Offering nursing interventions in a wide variety of clinical,therapeutic and social forms with the aim of promoting mental health wellbeing, self-autonomy and independence.

The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, development, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, in liaison with the care team in the capacity of a mental health nurse.

The Staff Bank Bureau is seeking Band 5 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMHN) who is committed to providing high-quality care. We are offering a Bank role to work alongside our current nursing staff and be part of the multi-disciplinary team that really delivers.
