We have Band 5 vacancies in our Geriatric Medicine and Palliative Care Unit, with opportunities to work in either area, or rotate between them.
Main duties of the job
To deliver a high standard of clinical nursing care to a diverse range of patients and support to carers within the clinical environment as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
To act as supervisor to junior members of staff and students.
To provide excellent patient centred care working in collaboration with families and carers
