This is the perfect chance touseanddevelopyour skills and expertise as aGeneral Practitioner, providing diagnosis, treatment, advice viaface to faceandtelephone consultationsand referrals to other healthcare resources,via primary care centres and home visits. You will also use ourelectronic prescribing systemto effectively manage the patient. To do so, you will have useofGP Connectmakingpatient recordsmoreeasilyaccessibletoall appropriate clinicians when and where you need it.Likewiseyou will useGoodSamtoreview photographsand conductvideo consultationsto assist in providing thebest quality carepossiblefor our patients.
OurGloucestershire OOHservice locations are inGloucester,Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Cinderford and Moreton. All of which offer theopportunitytoconductface to face, home visits and triage sessions.
The OOH service is open from
6.30pm 8am Monday Friday, and
24 hoursover the
weekends, with various shifts on offer between these times. You will have the flexibility to choose when you would like to work in order to fit in with your lifestyle.

About us
To be considered for this role, you need:
- GMC registrationcertificate and inclusion on theGP Performers Listwith a valid CCT.
- Experienceto confidentlymanage acute and chronic presentationsfor bothadult andpaediatricpatients, with a proven ability to maintain and monitor high standards of care.
- Excellentlistening and communicationskills, with experience ofurgent careassessment and good IT skills.
