We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual who is passionate about improving patient safety by providing our dedicated staff with support and guidance through aclear Clinical Governance operational framework and processes, to ensure a high quality service is delivered to all our patients across all our sites in oxford.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Governance Manager and other clinical governance and management colleaguesin delivering the Quality and ClinicalGovernance Agenda for the Radiology Directorate. The successful candidate will work with a wide range of directorate staff,including senior managers and clinicians, in dealing with incident investigations, clinical audits, development of evidenced based practices and policies and patient pathways. This will include all disciplines and levels of staff to achieve agreed objectives and priorities. This key role will also involveworking with the Senior Divisional and corporate Clinical Governance Teams.
