About us

We are a highly innovative and friendly team, committed to supporting each other in delivering excellent patient care.

The practice clinical team consists of three GP partners and one non-clinical partner, four salaried GPs, five practice nurses, two HCAs and a pharmacy technician. Our team is complemented and supported by other healthcare professions via our ICB and PCN including additional ACPs, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, physiotherapists, care coordinators, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Workers and social prescribers.

We have a list size of around 9,150 patients, making us big enough to be efficient, but small enough to care.

We have a stable population allowing us to really know our patients and their families. We provide continuity of care and traditional cradle to grave medicine. Our person-centred care receives excellent feedback from our patients. Our patient satisfaction scores surpass ICB & national averages.

We are a single site practice situated in Horsley Woodhouse, a semi-rural locality surrounded by beautiful Derbyshire countryside, within easy commute of Derby and Nottingham.

We are proud to be part of the Belper Primary Care Network.
