Job description
Job responsibilities
Manage a caseload of service
users with complex needs, using evidence based/ client centred principles.
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
Participate in the planning,
development, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy Services.
Provide outcomes for the service
and service users by using agreed tools/assessments.
Manage caseload which will
include those people with complex Occupational Therapy needs.
Monitor, evaluate and modify
interventions in order to measure progress and ensure effectiveness.
Carry out complex risk
assessment involving wide consultation and collaboration.
Person Specification
Experience
Essential
- Have previous NHS experience
- Have community experience
Qualifications
Essential
- Hold a Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Be HCPC registered
Desirable
- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable
