Main duties of the job

Working in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will work with a small team of clinical administrators across the County. Attention to detail is vital in supporting WithYou's prescribing team and ensuring effective management of our clients prescriptions. Using excellent interpersonal skills, the postholder will liaise with external partners including pharmacies and offer clinical administrative support to our frontline services.

We are looking for someone to provide comprehensive, efficient administrative support to the service. As a large part of the role will be based front of house within the Cleethorpes & Grimsby office, we are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have good people skills, are not easily flustered when challenged and feel comfortable talking to a wide range of clients with different needs. You will be part of our services support team, providing an all round adminstration and reception service including secretarial and data related tasks. Please note this a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months, on a part-time basis for 18.75 hours a week. Working hours for this role are Monday and Tuesday, 7.5 hours each day and Wednesday, 3.75 hours Benefits

    • This role requires a satisfactory Standard level DBS certificate as part of our safeguarding checks process.

    • To do this job successfully, you will need:
    • experience of providing great admin support in a busy environment
    • the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
    • to be confident working in a team environment, able to work collaboratively with everyone
    • a good level of maths and English (verbal and written)
    • to be organised, able to manage and prioritise you time and deal with changing and conflicting demands with ease
    • a keen desire in personal and professional development
    • good analytical skills with an eye for detail
    • the strong ability to work under pressure effectively
    • a can do, result-driven and positive attitude
    • good IT skills, including database management and be comfortable using digital media and a desire to develop your IT skills
    • experience working with Google sheets/Excel
    • to understand work based Health & Safety issues
    • some flexibility with working hours and location from time to time
