Main duties of the job
Current registration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC - General Pharmaceutical Council
Clinical Diploma or equivalent clinical pharmacist experience
Experience in a management role, carrying out staff appraisal, development, and training
Familiarity with electronic stock control systems
Policy, procedure and/or guideline development experience
Audit and data analysis experience
Budgetary and Change management experience - desirable
Business case development experience - desirable

Leading the Pharmacy department, you'll help develop all Pharmacy services available across both The Cherwell Hospital and Blakelands Hospital, driving innovation and improvement in one of the UK's leading independent healthcare providers. Where you'll be based
The Pharmacy Manager position will share its time between The Cherwell Hospital and Blakelands Hospital, travelling across both locations each week.
The Cherwell Hospital was purpose built in 2006, It is a 40-bed inpatient unit and day-case facility predominantly specialising in Orthopaedic Surgery.
Blakelands Hospital, situated just outside Milton Keynes in Blakelands, is a state-of-the-art purpose-built day case unit. Meticulously designed to cater to outpatient needs, the hospital offers comprehensive facilities for the assessment and treatment of patients
What you'll bring with you
Current registration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC - General Pharmaceutical Council
