The Haematology
Laboratory at West Hertfordshire Teaching Hospital is seeking a well-organised
and highly motivated Band 5 Biomedical Scientist to join the friendly and
dedicated Haematology & Blood Transfusion team. In return, the Trust is

levels. You will rotate through Haematology, Coagulation, and Blood Transfusion
sections. You must be keen to embrace new ways of working and develop your
knowledge and skills.

You will practise as a Registered BMS at Watford
and Hemel Hempstead General Hospitals on a rotational basis. They will work
closely with the Biomedical Scientists Team Leaders to observe and implement
the policies and procedures relevant to the role.
Liaise with the Pathology Services Manager, the
Laboratory Operational Managers, the Training and Quality Leads and Clinical
and Nursing staff to develop and integrate the services provided by the Team.

- Relevant Degree to the Profession.
- Some experience of Hospital Laboratory Practice.
