will be vital to ensure that each patient, and their family, receives
individualised, specialist care.
You will work on our busy 15-bed in patient
unit alongside our multi-professional team.

Person Specification
Qualifications
Essential
- NMC registered, ideally with post-registration experience in palliative, end of life care.
- Ability to be flexible, positive and work within the wider team.
- Good communication skills.
