Job summary

Due to further ongoing development All Hallows is seeking to recruit full-time qualified nurses (RGN or RMN) on a full-time basis. Student nurses who are due to qualify are also welcome to apply. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established service for adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury.

Main duties of the job

RGN or RMN Qualified with a valid NMC PIN Patient centric with a commitment to delivering high quality care Able to work on a shift rota including nights Good decision-making skills Excellent communication skills The role: Medication management Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients that reflect their individual needs Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Care team Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance

About us

The Oakleaf Group has firmly established itself as one of the leading providers of community-based brain injury rehabilitation, providing clients with a high standard of nursing care and an intensive therapeutic rehabilitation programme. All Hallows Neuro Rehabilitation Centre is set in an acre of grounds on the Norfolk/ Suffolk boarder offering 29 placements for male and female adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury. We have our own Multi-disciplinary team you will work alongside with consisting of: speech and language, physio, occupational therapist clinical psychologist. Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to commencement of employment, the disclosure expense will be met by the employer. Position: Registered Nurse

Location:Ditchingham, Suffolk

Hours:42 per week, days and nights - working on a 2-week rolling rota

Salary:£20.60 per hour days, £20.85 per hour nights

Criteria for the role:

  • RGN/ RMN Qualified with a valid NMC PIN

  • Able to work on a shift rota to include day and night shifts
  • Good decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication skills

The role:
