We are offering up to 6 sessions a
week and preferably Wed, Thurs and Friday with inclusion on the duty rota with a
competitive salary and progression in the future.
The basic salary offer is for £10,500 per session, however we are open to negotiate depending on experience.
Main duties of the job
The main duties of the role include regular GP
clinics, with inclusion in the duty doctor rota.
We are keen for the successful candidate to be involved with regular audit work and to identify ways to improve patient care. We are also keen to
support development of our staff as required for the role and benefit to our
patients.

Partners and 3 salaried GP's who provide the highest possible standard of care to
approximately 12,000 patients.

Job responsibilities
You should be able to work as an autonomous
practitioner, responsible for the provision of medical services to the practice patients, delivering an excellent standard of clinical care whilst complying
with the GMS contract.
Furthermore, the post holder will
adhere to the GMC standards for good medical practice, contributing to the
effective management of the practice, leading by example, maintaining a
positive, collaborative working relationship with the multidisciplinary team.

Essential
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Clear, polite telephone manner
- Effective time management (planning and organising)
- Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience with clinical risk management
Desirable
- Experience of using SystmOne would be beneicial
Qualifications
Essential
- Qualified GP
- MRCGP
- Vocational Training Certificate or equivalent JCPTGP
- General Practitioner (Certificate of Completion of Training CCT)
- Full GMC registration
- National Performers List registration
- Appropriate defense indemnity (MPS/MDU)
- Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a primary care environment
- Experience of continued professional development
- Experience of QOF and clinical audit
- General understanding of the GMS contract
