Bank GP

Rate: £100 per hour

Location: The Greenhouse Practice, Hackney

Health E1 Practice, Tower Hamlets

Newham Transitional Practice, Newham

The opportunities this role will give you-

  • Shaping the future of care at the practice and having autonomy to decide as a team how to best deliver care
  • Working with the wider primary care team as we are undertaking some ground-breaking work
  • Opportunities to work closely with mental health and community services teams within the locality
  • Being involved in work to tackle health inequalities

Main duties of the job

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our highly-regarded Inclusion Health Primary Care teams in East London.

We provide primary care services to the Homeless. We register those who are street homeless, in local hostels or insecure accommodation.

We have a track-record of working in innovative ways to serve the needs of the homeless in East London. This is a unique opportunity to use your medical expertise to reduce inequalities in healthcare and help the most vulnerable.

We are keen to support career development and will endeavour to support the successful candidate in the pursuit of their career goals. As well as training medical students, the practices are currently exploring becoming a training practice for GP Registrars.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Medical degree, MBBS or equivalent (A)
