A highly motivated Valley's based Practice, with close proximity to Cardiff, looking for an enthusiastic, patient focused GP to join our friendly and supportive team.
Main duties of the job
As a salaried GP, you would be required to work 4 sessions per week, dealing with face to face and remote based consultations. Signing of prescriptions, dealing with electronic mail box and hospital correspondence is essential. You will be responsible to the Senior Partners of the Practice. Training of the computer system will be available if required
About us
A well established Practice based in the Rhymney Valley with close routes to Cardiff. Patient list size of around 9000, main site and branch site within a 3 mile locality. The Practice boasts a highly professional team including 5 GP's, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and a full nursing team; this is complimented by a supportive reception and administration team. We are a hardworking, high achieving practice also undertaking of many Enhanced Services including minor surgery and IUCD. We support and provide medical training to year's 3 & 5 medical students from Cardiff University of Medicine. We are also registered for Tier 2 sponsored GP.

The use of Vision, Docman and Dawn software packages are preferred however training can be provided.
You will be required to work at any site as per rota, and may be requested to work at both sites in one day.
