Job summary

Compass is the provider of Changing Lives Mental Health Support Teams and Early Intervention Targeted Support Service across Derby and Derbyshire. Were looking for an Administrator to join our growing team!

The successful candidate will primarily be based in our Derby Hub based in the city centre with a mix of office based work and home working. There may also be an occasional need to work from our Clay Cross Hub and additional office based days in line with service need.

As an Administrator, you will support the establishment of positive integrated management information and administrative systems across the whole service including how information is recorded, collected, used, stored and analysed to ensure that services are aligned to best meet local needs.

You will provide professional information, advice and support to skill mix teams to develop, deliver and maintain effective and standardised information governance systems and excellent customer focused care across service.

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Ensuring excellent customer focused care and services to the public
  • Support cohesive Information Governance systems
  • Assist with the development of administrative standard operating procedures
  • Support the integration of Management Information Systems
  • Assist in the development of digital services
  • Support activity and performance dashboard reports

Qualifications

Essential

  • English Language & Maths to GCSE A-C level or equivalent.

Desirable

  • NVQ level 2 Business Administration or equivalent
  • IT Qualification, e.g. ECDL
  • Customer care qualification e.g. NVQ Level 2
