Cygnet Health Care is currently recruiting for an experienced Bank Administrator to help support one of our residential services based in Caterham, Surrey.
As a Bank Administrator at Tupwood Gate Nursing Home you will have the opportunity to work bank shifts.
You will be a key team member helping provide outstanding levels of care and support for the service and to our residents.
Tupwood Gate Nursing Home, which is rated Good by the CQC and has been awarded Platinum Accreditation in the Gold Standards Framework for 4 years in a row, Tupwood Gate Nursing Home provides support to a variety of residents over the age of 50 who may have a diagnosis of dementia, Alzheimers, post-operative support and end-of-life care.
Your role at Tupwood Gate:
- Completing and updating records
- Assisting site managers with arranging and planning meetings
- Attending and supporting meetings and taking notes
- Contacting local multi-disciplinary teams to help support residents
- Answering calls from potential 3rd parties and residents family members
- Assisting in the processing and completing of timesheets for staff members on site
- Working closely with both Regional Managers and other Cygnet Healthcare Departments
- Ordering and maintaining key stock on site
- Ensuring the protection of documents and information following Data Protection guidelines

About You:
- An experienced administrator (essential)
- Experienced in working in a healthcare environment (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communications skills (essential)
- High attention to detail (essential)
- Able to work as an individual or as part of a team (essential)
- Strong organisational skills with proven ability to organise and solves problems (essential)
- Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
Due to the nature of this role you will be required to undergo an Enhanced DBS.
