Main duties of the job
Job Overview:
A member of Brooks education management team with a national remit, provide management oversight for service development, mobilisation, and implementation activities across education where a culture of high-quality service provision and staff management is embedded to ensure successful delivery from the commencement of the contract/project.
Assist with the delivery of an ambitious programme of growth for education which involves extending Brooks reach to even more young people, the professionals who work with them and further supporting vulnerable groups of adults through community outreach. This involves the effective articulation of Brooks current education and wellbeing offer, contributing to developing innovative and creative responses to new business and retendering opportunities, collaborating with other lead colleagues to improve, develop and expand our education and wellbeing offer across education, outreach, health promotion and mental health and wellbeing.
Promote and champion Brook when engaging with external stakeholders as part of market engagement events, networking opportunities and tendering processes.
