Main duties of the job

The right candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, a motivation for continual learning and sharing of knowledge, with the drive to ensure our children, young people and families receive the highest possible standard of care. You will work as a member of the Care Team providing support to children and young people with life limiting/life threatening and often complex care needs. Salary: starting salary £22,721.31 FTE (depending on skills, experience & knowledge) + anti-social pay. Qualifications

Essential

  • Relevant NVQ level 2 or equivalent in care
  • Good general education (Pass in English and Maths
  • at GCSE level or equivalent)

Desirable

  • NVQ3 -Child care qualification

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working with children of all ages 0
  • 18 years
  • Experience of working independently without
  • supervision
  • Experience of working with families

Desirable
