Band 8a People Partner - Secondment/Fixed term contract 9 months
We are currently seeking a People Partner to lead the People aspects of several projects taking place over the coming year within Group Support Services at Barts Health. This will include a complex TUPE and restructure project within our Research and Development directorate as well as leading on a large transformation project within Informatics.
This role will be challenging yet rewarding. The successful candidate will operate as a member of the senior management team within the services they support ensuring that the projects in their portfolio are delivered in line with employment legislation and best practice.
Considerable experience in delivering complex organisational change and TUPE is essential along with a good understanding of the NHS job matching/evaluation process.

Main duties of the job
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
To lead on a complex TUPE transfer of staff into Barts Health
To provide expert advice and guidance on the organisational change process including formal consultation with affected staff and their representatives.
To undertake effective partnership working with staffside and external partners
To provide expert advice on the development of qood quality job descriptions and the job matching process
To provide professional customer-focused HR advice, coaching and solutions that support the business in the identification and management of workforce issues and major change programmes
To provide senior People leadership and input across the team and lead on and contribute to organisational workforce strategies as required
