Main duties of the job
The South London & Maudsley NHS Trust provides a full range of
mental health services to people of Southwark, Lewisham, Lambeth, and Croydon
as well as substance misuse services for people in Bexley, Greenwich, and
Bromley. The Trust provides specialist services to people from across the UK.
It has approximately 4,800 staff and a budget of £300 million. The trust
also works closely with the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and
Neuroscience (IoPPN), King's College London and are part of King's Health
Partners Academic Health Sciences Centre. There are very few organisations in
the world that have such wide-ranging capabilities working with mental illness.

Job description
Job responsibilities
The
role is for care co-ordinators who will be given a case load.They are an early
intervention service, and we work with people who suffer first episode
of psychosis. You will work closely
with our clients, their families and carers and ensuring an
assertive outreach approach.
You
will be part of a multi-disciplinary team and working alongside, our Psychiatrists, Psychologists including a FI specialist
and CBT worker, nurses, social workers, and OTs along
with our employment specialists.

Experience
Essential
- Experience of working in a community mental health team
- Experience with some who has intervention
Qualifications
Desirable
- In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of:
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body
