Applications are invited for a Clinical Fellow post in Obstetric Anaesthesia at The Hillingdon Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. This post is for 6 months - 1 year from August 2024.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work in a 1 in 8 EWTD compliant rota to provide anaesthetic cover in obstetrics on labour ward and support the on call anaesthetic team when necessary including the theatre anaesthetists and ICU team.

- Full registration with the GMC
- At least 6 months working in anaesthesia in the UK.
- Minimum 3 years of postgraduate training. Minimum 18 months of anaesthetic training in a recognised programme, and primary FRCA examination.
Desirable
- FRCA or equivalent
- Experience in obstetric anaesthesia at SpR level.
- At least 3 months ITU training. Experience in specialities other than anaesthesia
