We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support three young men in their own home and out in the community, this is to promote their independence and teach them the life skills to remain independent.
This is a Full Time position offering £12.00 per hour for day shifts and a reduced rate for sleeping nights.

Main duties of the job
We are recruiting for a Support Worker to support three young men in their own home and out in the community, this is to promote their independence and teach them the life skills to remain independent.
Prompting with medication, some financial management, Household tasks such as cooking and cleaning, and prompting with personal care.
Accessing the community and using public transport.
Supporting with activities such as: Cinema, crazy golf, shopping, going to the zoo,
