Job summary

The role of the Occupational Therapist at the Julian Hospital is instrumental to the progress of our patients. We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Band 6 Occupational Therapist to support our patients on Blickling Ward. Blickling Ward is a re-furbished older adult inpatient ward for service users that have a functional mental health disorder. We are recruiting an enthusiastic and motivated Occupational Therapistto join our multi-disciplinary team and support patients in their recovery from acute illness. The AHP roles on the Julian site sit under the ward management structure which gives the added benefit of being fully incorporated into the ward teams. As well as the supervision provided by the ward you will also receive support from the wider AHP team colleagues across the site. At the Julian hospital we have great links between AHP colleagues across professions and throughout the care group and we have an AHP clinical lead who is available to provide leadership and support AHP specific matters and encourage your involvement with AHP service development projects.
