This is a dynamic and fast paced role, it requires adaptability organisational skills.
Predominantly supporting the Operations manager , this role will offer people management experience , rota production and oversight and interaction with front line service users , the general public and external stakeholders.
Main duties of the job
To organise and support the Divisional medical staffing induction programmes for Urgent & Emergency Care. (Emergency Floor and Acute Medicine)
Production and oversight of medical rosters, supporting medical staff, trainees and students with leave requests, study and sickness
Ensuring financial transparency and control with bookings, times sheets and validation.
Deputise for the Operations Manager in meetings, conversations and development opportunities if she is unable to attend.
The post holder will be responsible for the day to day line management of the Divisional Support team reporting solely to the Operations Manager.
Produce reports and plans when required by Senior management
Have an understanding of all the rota types managed within the Rota team, with the ability to step in if needed.
