Job responsibilities

Duties:- Dispense prescription medications to patients and offer expertise in the safe use of prescriptions- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, monitor, and review patient medications- Provide advice on the dosage of medicines and the most appropriate form of medication- Conduct health and wellness screenings

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification
  • - Registered as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)

Experience

Essential

  • - Proven experience working in an Clinical Hospital environment
