Job summary

The Women's and Children's Division is looking for a self-motivated and capable personal assistant to join their team at Whipps Cross Hospital.

The post holder will provide high quality administrative support to the Divisional Quadumvirate and the wider leadership team as required. They will prepare and support key monthly meetings, collating papers, recording minutes, and following up on actions.

The post holder will proactively manage the team's diaries and make meeting arrangements.

Previous NHS experience is not essential. Training can be provided to those who can demonstrate the core competencies and a willingness and aptitude to learn.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive and proactive PA support to the Women's and Children's Divisional Leadership Team.
