Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business and Operations manager (Professional) at GMMH's Psychological Therapies Training Centre. The Centre has a portfolio of more than 20 programmes/pathways in evidence based psychological therapies training across a broad range of therapeutic modalities, mostly at postgraduate level. We have been highly successful in attracting funding from NHS England as part of national projects aimed at Improving Access to Psychological Therapies across Adult and Children & Young Peoples' services, and now employ over 80 staff, most of them also in current clinical practice, and train in excess of 400 students per year. We are seeking an experienced senior management professional with a strong track record in financial and operational management to support our service objectives.

Main duties of the job

The Business and Operations Manager will join the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for providing robust, high-quality support across areas of operational and administrative performance, business intelligence and business management. The postholder will act as a key link between academic and support services to assist in developing and implementing strategic and operational plans to support service developments, change management and tender responses, leading specific work streams as agreed.
