innovative training Practice by the River Waveney, a stone's throw from
beautiful sandy beaches on the Norfolk/Suffolk coast. We are a forward-thinking
Practice and pride ourselves on being ahead of the game with our well-developed
multidisciplinary team and partnership.
"Thinking outside of the box" is our
catchphrase and we are looking for a salaried GP who is ready to ride the train
of "what's next" with us. We
can offer a standard GP post or for those in, or approaching, their first year
post-CCT we offer a fellowship. A
fellowship supports your post-CCT development in addition to adding a
specialist interest something we encourage for all our team.
We are particularly interested in educationalists
as we support GP training as well as multidisciplinary UEA students.

The Post offers 6 weeks annual leave plus 1 week
study leave pro rata. Indemnity fees paid [if part of BMC Group Scheme]. List

Main duties of the job

About us
Our Staff are awesome. There is strong managerial
support and a very supportive peer group in place; twice daily reflection and
learning opportunities, regular staff meetings and Partners who will encourage
you. We have sausage roll Tuesdays, a Triathlon Team and great parties in the
summer (when there are no pandemics). Everyone's door is always
(metaphorically) open, and we encourage discussion and chat throughout the day.

Job description
Job responsibilities
A salaried GP at Beccles Medical Centre will be
responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of
the Practice ensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of
our patient population.
The salaried GP will work closely with the Practices
multi-disciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staff to provide a high
quality and accessible service to patients.
The salaried GP post is being offered as an initial
one-year fixed term with a review at the one-year point. GP Fellowship duration
