The Pharmacist Network are currently hiring for an exciting onsite opportunity. We are looking for highly motivated Clinical Pharmacists to support with day-to-day activities for PCN's across the UK.

The Team

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a highly
motivated and focused Non-IP Clinical Pharmacists to support with the smooth running of
day-to-day activities remotely.
The Role
This position is a remote working role, suitable for
candidates looking for either locum or permanent employment.
As a Clinical Pharmacist you will confidently act within
professional boundaries, supporting and working alongside a team of
pharmacists.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a remote
role, working with colleagues to help resolve medication-related issues,
helping to utilise skill mix, improve patient outcomes and ensure better access
to healthcare.
You will support practice staff with prescription and
medication queries. Help support the repeat requests, and medicines
reconciliation, providing expertise in clinical medicines advice while
addressing both public and social care needs of patients.
The Skills
You will want to join our team if you are looking for a
remote opportunity have previous experience of working in a similar clinical
pharmacist position and have a natural desire to provide an excellent service
with outstanding communication skills. You have a high attention to detail and are
highly organised.
Experience with softwares such as Emis or System 1 is essential.
You should be on the CPPE Primary Care pathway or will be
willing to partake (The HCA fund this), if you have extensive experience then
we can look into getting an exemption for you.
