We have exciting Band 5 Community Nurse opportunity within our Devizes
Community Team. The aim of the role is to care for clients in their own home
holistically so they can remain at home during their recovery or coping with
long term conditions. There are many opportunities to learn new skills and develop
into an expert in community nursing. We are looking for an experienced, caring,
motivated Community Nurse to join our busy, professional, and dynamic team.
Main duties of the job
Wiltshire Health and Care are supportive of their staffs wellbeing and
in return we are looking for dynamic and innovative staffs, which are expected
to work seamlessly across multi-professional community services and to forge
close links with other local teams, including Primary care and Salisbury
Foundation Trust.
The successful candidate will be able to provide clear evidence of up to
date and relevant clinical practice and education as well as an appetite for
innovative practice. Applicants need to have enthusiasm and commitment to
working within a community-based team and to have recent experience of working
in or in partnership with community services within the NHS.
