Exciting opportunities have arisen for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join the Clinical Administration Service (CAS) Hub 3 as an Administrator as part of our Neurology Secretaries.

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with previous clerical experience who can communicate at all levels, work flexibly and is able to organise and prioritise their workload along with that of their team as these roles may involve some line management responsibility . Good communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with members of the public. We are looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work people who have a flexible approach to working.

This role, although based at Hull Royal Infirmary will be remote working from home. Initial requirements will be to attend Hull Royal Infirmary (and occasionally Castle Hill Hospital) to undertake all necessary training, once training is complete, the successful candidate will be required to work from home.

Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.

The work is varied and demanding with an emphasis on accuracy, adaptability and the ability to prioritise competing workloads. As a Senior Administrator you will be involved in the end to end patient pathway providing administrative support to our clinicians.

With a specific focus on working with our inpatient waiting list teams in the management of our elective waiting lists, you must be committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and have a flexible attitude to work and be part of a multidisciplinary team.

Other duties may include typing clinical correspondence and tracking patients through their treatment pathway.

Hours of the post are: Monday and Friday, 08:30am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour unpaid break.
