Before you apply, let us tell you a little bit about the team and the role..... Our HRBP and Advisory team delivers a high-quality HR service providing support and advice for line managers and staff both face to face and virtually. We are part of the HR Directorate working alongside other teams such as Resourcing, Organisational Development, Payroll and Workforce Information. We are a great team to work with and all team members experience an excellent supportive team culture and flexible working approach.

So now you know about us and the role, let's think about you, who are we looking to join our team? Typical duties include advising employees on terms and conditions of employment and giving managers advice on ER cases such as flexible working requests, disciplinary issues, performance management, resolutions and management of sickness absence/attendance. There is a monthly face-to-face HR slot at the monthly Trust induction which our HR Advisors attend on a rota basis as the HR Directorate Representative, helping to welcome up to 100 employees a month to the Trust. They also design and deliver training courses to large groups of managers and staff either face-to-face or virtually and contribute to policy development reviews.
