Chippenham Community Team
37.5 Hours per week - Permanent
Chippenham
Community Team have a vacancy for a full time Band 3 Administrator to work in
our busy Community Team office based in Chippenham Hospital.
The
multi-disciplinary team provides a timely, flexible response to referrals and provides
clinical interventions to people in their homes or residential care homes. Our
team comprises of nurses, therapists, care co-ordinators and support workers
working alongside other professionals and wider teams.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable
full-time administrator who is able to work calmly and efficiently in a busy
office environment and is able to multi-task. Our administrators work together
to provide a quality service to our patients and support the clinicians within
the team. Our core office hours are 08.30-16.30.
Main duties of the job
This role is a
varied one and will include supporting the Team Manager, managing the
electronic rota system and other day to day administrative tasks to support the
smooth running of our service. This includes managing referrals into the team
and responding to enquires from patients, hospitals, and GP practices. Other
responsibilities include ordering, stock management, maintaining and updating
files, HR folders and spreadsheets.
You will need
excellent time management and administrative skills and proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Previous experience of using SystmOne
electronic patient record system would be desirable. For this role you will also need to be an excellent communicator, have
strong IT and interpersonal skills and the ability to work both flexibly under
your own initiative, as well as part of a team.
