Job summary

We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated clinician to lead the Trust approach to falls prevention. The successful applicant will be working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a holistic assessment is completed for the individual to help minimise the risk of falls and increase independence.

The post requires excellent assessment skills together with a history of effective multi-disciplinary team working as you will be supporting teams to minimise risks of harm and support teams to learn 'in action' whilst caring for patients in a variety of inpatient settings.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver training to our workforce and work alongside the key roles Deconditioning Lead and Care of the Elderly Consultant and the Clinical Falls Lead.
