Job summary

NUPAS are recruiting for a part-time, permanent administrator that requires an organised, practical, individual to provide administrative support.

This is an office-based role.

Administrator needs to be highly organized and detail-orientated individual to join our NUPAS team.

As an administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Huddersfield clinic. Responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient bookings, maintaining records, and providing support to staff.

Assist with onward referral of patients where appropriate and gathering information from other healthcare providers.

Interact with patients to gather information and updates.

Assist the Contact centre and remote consultations team as required.

Build and maintain relationships with third party organisations to support service delivery at NUPAS.

Main duties of the job

Provide all aspects of administration for remote services.

Inputting data to paper and electronic documents as per legal requirements.

Management of department internal and external emails.

Liaise daily with NUPAS clinics around England.

Provide administrative support to Department Doctors.

Ensure that all patients records are kept confidential.

Be responsible for ensuring all patients are reviewed by Department Doctors in a timely manner.

NUPAS is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrator. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Huddersfield Clinic. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient bookings, maintaining records, and providing support to staff.

Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organising files and documents.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients.

- Prepare and distribute correspondence and reports.

- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, and other materials.

- Provide administrative support to staff members, including managing appointment bookings and patient services, and handling logistics.

- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring sufficient stock levels.

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and consumable deliveries.

- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing paperwork and setting up workstations.

- Maintain a professional and organised clinic environment.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role.

- Excellent organisational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Location

Huddersfield with remote support for our Leeds Clinic 1 day a week.
