approximately under new management, we currently have a fantastic opportunity
for a Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join their close knit teams. You will work
autonomously alongside our welcoming and supportive Nursing and Administration
team.

Main duties of the job

This Advanced Nurse Practitioner role will involve
working alongside a multidisciplinary team, including GPs, Nurse Practitioners,
Clinical Pharmacists and Nurses to provide care and treatment to patients with
either long term conditions or undiagnosed undifferentiated diagnoses.
The successful Advanced Nurse Practitioner will work as
an autonomous practitioner, diagnosing, managing, prescribing and discharging
patients with illness or injury across all age groups including young children.
This may be by face-to-face consultation, telephone or video consultation.

looking at making huge changes as we know that the surgery and the team are
held in very high regard.
We are very family focused and have been serving our
community for many, many years.
The successful post-holder will manage a caseload and
deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the
highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients.
In accordance with the practice timetable, as agreed, the
post-holder will make themselves available to undertake a variety of duties,
including surgery consultations, telephone consultations and queries, visiting
patients at home, checking and signing repeat prescriptions and dealing with
queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely fashion.

Qualifications
Essential
- Registered Nurse with Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Masters degree OR Post graduate diploma or degree for Advanced Practice Qualification OR RCN accreditation Qualified Independent Nurse Prescriber
- Meets the standards for registered ANP working at advanced level Minor illness qualification
