We are recruiting a part-time Advanced Nurse or Clinical Practitioner
Job summary
As a Advanced Clinical Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner you will be required to see patients for a range of minor illnesses both as face to face and telephone consultations.
You will be confident at working autonomously carrying out clinical consultations, providing assessment, diagnosis, treatment and medication through prescribing.
Main duties of the job

- Acute illness clinics.
- Assessing, diagnosing and treating a range of acute, non-acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Independent Prescriber
- Assist with achieving practice targets.
- Completing any necessary referrals for investigations in the appropriate manner
Essential requirements:
- Prescribing qualification.
- Confident autonomous working

We have a good reputation locally for quality care and patient satisfaction and are looking for someone that wants to work in a supportive environment and help us continue and improve this reputation.
All of the clinicians meet each day at 11.30 and the team find this a great opportunity to share decision making for complex patients and support each other.
We are offering:
A part-time role of 15 hours a week, equating to 3 sessions.
£30.00 an hour which is negiotable depending on experience.
6 weeks annual leave (pro rata)
