The Westminster Mental Health Hub is a new service that aims to improve and enhance existing children and young peoples mental health Services (CYP MHS) working in the community. The Children Wellbeing Practitioner will be fully integrated within BWW Mind CYP Services.

Main duties of the job

This is a role within the Westminster Mental Health Hub service. The post-holder will work with young people 11-18 years old delivering, under supervision, high-quality; brief outcome focused evidence-based interventions and guided self-help for young people experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.The training and service experience will equip the post holder with the necessary knowledge, attitude and capabilities to operate effectively in an inclusive, value driven service.
