We are looking for someone who can drive the strategic quality assurance framework and who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary services to our patients.
The successful post holder will have proven leadership skills and will develop effective systems that provide assurance of good quality patient care. We are seeking someone who will take a facilitative and empowering approach, nurturing creativity and leading others to adopt best practice throughout the Trust to support consistent delivery of fundamental nursing care.
Working collaboratively with senior nurses and other key stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of excellent fundamental nursing care practice.
