An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in the Outpatients department at Winfield Hospital.
Provide leadership for the Pre-Assessment Department. Develop excellent working relationships with staff, Consultants, suppliers and key stakeholders, provide effective motivation, monitoring and support for the Pre-Assessment team.
Winfield Hospital is one of Gloucestershire's leading private hospitals, located on the outskirts of the City of Gloucester. It is situated off the Northern Ring Road with excellent road and rail links. The hospital opened in 1992 and currently has 39 beds including thirty four single rooms all with en-suite facilities.

The department is expanding the clinical activity it currently undertakes and provides the team the opportunity to expand their skill set, knowledge and competencies. Specific training is provided for staff, in Pre-Assessment. The Pre-Assessment manager reports to the head of clinical services and provide strong leadership, direction, operational and clinical support to the Pre-Assessment team.
