Doctors Direct, part of NHS Professionals, in conjunction with Barnet West Core Community Team, have an exciting opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist. Barnet West Core Community Team part of the soon to be formed North London Mental Health Partnership Trust.
*About the role:*
The Barnet West Core Community Team is one of three adult core community teams in Barnet, serving adults aged 18-65 with diverse and complex mental health needs. You will be responsible for treating adults with complex mental health conditions, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorders.
This team works closely with the Primary Care GP Locality in the southern region of Barnet. You will share leadership duties with a part-time substantive consultant to ensure the team delivers high-quality, patient centered, and safe care. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact in a supportive and dynamic environment.

* Shift patterns: 09:00-17:00, Mon-Fri on-going
* Rate: Negotiable
* Start date: ASAP – subject to compliance and RTW checks

* Valid GMC

* Minimum 6 months NHS experience
* Specialist Registration preferred but not essential
